Oriverse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our services for their intended purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Oriverse content without express written permission.

All content, systems, interfaces, and technology produced by Oriverse — including but not limited to software, models, designs, copy, and visual assets — remain the exclusive property of Oriverse. No rights are transferred to users beyond those explicitly stated.

Products developed under Studio, Lab, Games, Music, and Systems divisions are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You agree not to use Oriverse services to transmit unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content; to reverse-engineer or extract our systems; to impersonate Oriverse or its personnel; or to interfere with the operation of any platform.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access without notice.

Oriverse services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Oriverse limits its liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its services.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Oriverse services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the relevant platform.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by Oriverse.
